CLINICAL RESEARCH SITE MANAGER/DIRECTOR

We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Research Site Manager/Director to lead our Teesside site. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of eight clinical professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of clinical activities. Your leadership will drive the MAC clinical team to exceed business projections, adhere to ICH-GCP and MAC SOPs, and optimise profitability.
Key Requirements:
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated management experience in a clinical research setting.
Clinical Expertise: Background in Nursing, Medical, clinical or Research fields.
Team Builder: Exceptional managerial skills; able to coach, guide, and develop team members.
Performance-Driven: Successful track record of delivering on KPIs in a target-driven environment.
Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement effective strategies and campaigns.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines.
Effective Communicator: Confident in discussions with medical professionals, sponsors, staff, and senior management.
Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Customer Focused: Demonstrates flexibility and a strong team spirit.
Mentor: Experience in conducting annual Personal Development Plans (PDP) for team members.
Clinical Leader: Commitment to clinical excellence and high standards of patient care.
Role Model: Sets a positive example for colleagues.
Compliance Champion: Ensures adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
Collaborative: Active participant in Clinical Operations Group meetings, with effective communication to site staff
